The board of Directors of the Hybrid Wrestling Club is responsible for management and oversite of this 501(c)(3), nonprofit youth sports organization in accordance with its bylaws.  This includes management of its assets (funds, intellectual property, trademarks, and support equipment), allocation of its financial resources, and appointment of officers managing the core operations of the organization.
