Beginners
Every pro was once an amateur. Every expert was once a beginner. So dream big and start now.
In our beginner class (K-5th grade) we teach our young wrestlers the fundamentals and skills needed to become more knowledgeable in the sport. We also instill the importance of hard work and dedication within each wrestler while maintaining a fun learning environment for them to grow and mature into incredible student-athletes.
Advanced

In our advanced wrestling class (6th-12th) we focus on executing basic techniques through drills and live wrestling. Our coaching staff impresses upon this group of wrestlers the importance of hard work, dedication, sacrifice, integrity, and discipline. Our goal for this group of wrestlers is for them to take the skills and techniques learned throughout the season and off-season and implement them in their competitions.
